Refund & Return Policy
At U-GET-FIT, we want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you’re not happy with your U-GET-FIT Activewear, we offer the following refund policy:
RETURN AND REFUND TERMS
All returns and refunds must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original
condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
– Final sale items, including clearance and discounted products, are non-refundable. – Items that
have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
– Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value. The client is responsible for
the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to U-GET-FIT.
